CLARIFYING NOTE to Declaration Number D

In the margin a seal with the National Shield, reading: United Mexican States.- TREASURY.- Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit.- Institute of Administration and Appraisals of National Assets.

Clarifying Note to Declaration Number D.R.-004-2023, determining that the property denominated "Fraction B El Tormento", with a surface area of 67,000.00 square meters, located in Rural Zone Campeche-Escárcega, Municipality of Escárcega, State of Campeche, with Federal Real Estate Registry Number 4-3434-8, reverts to the patrimony of the Federation, dated December 04, 2023, published on the 12th of the same month and year.

CONSIDERATIONS

FIRST.- That on December 12, 2023, the Declaration dated December 04, 2023 was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation, by which it was determined that the property denominated "Fraction B El Tormento", with a surface area of 67,000.00 square meters, located in Rural Zone Campeche-Escárcega, Municipality of Escárcega, State of Campeche, with Federal Real Estate Registry Number 4-3434-8, reverts to the patrimony of the Federation.

SECOND.- That in real folio number 50246/1 dated February 08, 2013, of the Public Registry of Federal Property, contract number CD-E-2012 003 dated March 08, 2012 is registered, by which the Federal Government alienated free of charge in favor of the National Institute of Forestry, Agricultural and Livestock Research, the property denominated experimental field Engineer Eduardo Sangri Serrano, located on Escárcega Highway kilometer 8.5, Colony known as Field El Tormento, Municipality of Escárcega, State of Campeche, with a surface area of 140-00-00 hectares.

THIRD.- That by Agreement dated August 18, 2017, of the then General Director of Policy and Real Estate Management and the Director of Public Registry and Real Estate Control, both of the Institute of Administration and Appraisals of National Assets, decentralized body of the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit, the rectification of real folio number 50246 page 1, dated February 08, 2013, relative to the surface area of the property described in the previous Consideration, was authorized, it says: surface area of 140-00-00 hectares, should say: surface area of 1400-00-00 hectares, the above, due to an involuntary error that does not change the general sense of the registration nor any of its concepts, for which it was determined appropriate to carry out the rectification of the real folio.

FOURTH.- That real folio number 50246/2 dated August 18, 2017, of the Public Registry of Federal Property, establishes a surface area of 1400-00-00 hectares for the property described in Consideration First, for which the correction of Declaration Number D.R.-004-2023, dated December 04, 2023, merits correction through a clarifying note and thus grant certainty to interested parties to whom it may apply.

SOLE TRANSITORY ARTICLE.- This Clarifying Note shall enter into force on the next business day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
