CMN Resolution No. 5335 — Adjusts Rules for the National Program for Support of Medium-Sized Rural Producers (Pronamp)
Article 1 amends Section 1 (Pronamp) of Chapter 8 of the Rural Credit Manual (MCR) to subject Pronamp operations to general rural credit norms and specific provisions of MCR 3-2, MCR 3-3, and MCR 3-4, along with special conditions including commercialization rules. Article 2 establishes that this Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication.
The Central Bank of Brazil, in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 4,595 of December 31, 1964, makes public that the National Monetary Council, in a session held on August 24, 2026, having regard to the provisions of Article 4, caput, item VI, of Law No. 4,595 of December 31, 1964, and Articles 4 and 14 of Law No. 4,829 of November 5, 1965,
RESOLVES:
Art. 1 The Section 1 (Pronamp) of Chapter 8 (National Program for Support of Medium-Sized Rural Producers – Pronamp) of the Rural Credit Manual – MCR shall be in effect with the following alterations:
“1 - The operations of the National Program for Support of Medium-Sized Rural Producers – Pronamp are subject to the general rules of rural credit, the provisions of MCR 3-2 (Working Capital Credits), MCR 3-3 (Investment Credits) and MCR 3-4 (Marketing Credits) and the following special conditions:

Art. 2 This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication.
