Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/1590 amending Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2019/631 to adjust CO2 emission targets for light commercial vehicles based on mass evolution from 2016-2018 registrations
The European Commission amends Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2019/631 by replacing the M0 value in Part B, point 4. The regulation sets the M0 value at 1,766.4 kg for 2020 and 1,825.23 kg for the years 2021, 2022, and 2023 to reflect the average mass of new light commercial vehicles registered between 2016 and 2018. This adjustment applies to manufacturers of new light commercial vehicles for the calculation of specific CO2 emission targets. The regulation enters into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
