Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/526 correcting the Czech language version of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/35 on Solvency II
The European Commission adopted Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/526 to correct errors in the Czech language version of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/35 that altered the meaning of the text. The corrections apply to specific provisions including Articles 182(1), 190(1) and (2), 331(1), 332(1), 333(1), 335(1), 343(5), 346(1), 350(1), 351(1) and (2), 352(2), 355(4), 377(1), and 380(b)(i). The regulation entered into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union on 26 March 2021.
