The European Commission adopted Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/1650 to correct errors in the Swedish language version of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/389. These errors in Articles 30, 31, and 36 regarding the types of service providers concerned by specific requirements affected the substance of those provisions. The correction applies exclusively to the Swedish text, leaving all other language versions unaffected. The regulation entered into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal on 23 August 2023.
