Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/1294 correcting certain language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/2867
The European Commission corrects an error in the Dutch and German language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/2867 regarding Article 1(2)(b). This correction addresses the circumstances under which the regulation does not apply to certain manufacturers. The regulation enters into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
