Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2013 laying down implementing technical standards with regard to standard deviations in relation to health risk equalisation systems

The European Commission establishes standard deviations for the health underwriting risk module of the Solvency Capital Requirement calculation for insurance and reinsurance undertakings subject to the Dutch health risk equalisation system. Specifically, Article 1 mandates a 2.7% standard deviation for NSLT health insurance premium risk and a 5% standard deviation for NSLT health insurance reserve risk. This Regulation entered into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union on 12 November 2015.
