Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2454 on supervisory reporting of risk concentrations and intra-group transactions
The European Commission adopted Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2454 to establish implementing technical standards for the supervisory reporting of significant risk concentrations and intra-group transactions by regulated entities and mixed financial holding companies within financial conglomerates. The regulation mandates the use of specific templates (FC.00 to FC.08) and standardized data formats for reporting to appointed coordinators, ensuring consistency with sectoral rules such as Regulation (EU) No 575/2013. These reporting obligations apply to the entities concerned and became effective on 31 December 2023.
