Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/389 on disclosure standards for competent authorities
The European Commission adopted Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/389 to establish implementing technical standards for the disclosure of information by competent authorities under Directive (EU) 2019/2034. The regulation mandates that competent authorities use specific forms detailed in Annexes I through IV when publishing information on laws, options, supervisory methodologies, and statistical data. It requires the initial publication of this information by 30 June 2022, with annual updates to be completed by 30 June of each subsequent year. The regulation entered into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
