Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/951 amending technical standards for benchmark portfolios and reporting templates under Directive 2013/36/EU
The European Commission adopted Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/951 on 24 May 2022 to amend the implementing technical standards established by Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/2070. This regulation updates the benchmark portfolios, reporting templates, and reporting instructions applicable within the Union for reporting under Article 78(2) of Directive 2013/36/EU. The text was published in the Official Journal on 30 June 2022 and is relevant for the European Economic Area.
