Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/348 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/2070 regarding benchmark portfolios and reporting templates
The European Commission adopted Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/348 on 19 January 2024 to amend the implementing technical standards established by Regulation (EU) 2016/2070. This amendment updates the benchmark portfolios, reporting templates, and reporting instructions required for reporting under Article 78(2) of Directive 2013/36/EU.
