Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2335 setting reference CO2 emissions for the 2019 reporting period
The European Commission sets legally binding reference CO2 emissions for specific heavy-duty vehicle sub-groups for the 2019 reporting period. These values, detailed in the Annex, apply to manufacturers who entered the Union market after the 2019 period and were not addressees of the previous Implementing Decision. The regulation enters into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
