Compilation of Insurance and Reinsurance Regulations - Resolutions of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Uruguay or of the Superintendent of Financial Services arising from supervision or audit acts - Modification
The Superintendent of Financial Services repealed Article 156 of Chapter VIII of Title II of Book VI of the Compilation of Insurance and Reinsurance Regulations. This article, titled 'Certificate of Supervision or Audit Acts', was removed from the regulatory framework effective March 13, 2023.
1 Montevideo, March 17, 2023 Ref: COMPILATION OF INSURANCE AND REINSURANCE REGULATIONS – Resolutions of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Uruguay or of the Superintendent of Financial Services arising from supervision or audit acts – Modification. The market is informed that the Superintendent of Financial Services adopted the following resolution on March 13, 2023:
- REPEAL Article 156 in CHAPTER VIII – CERTIFICATE OF SUPERVISION OR AUDIT ACTS, of TITLE II – INFORMATION REGIME, of BOOK VI – INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTATION, of the Compilation of Insurance and Reinsurance Regulations.
