Compilation of Payment System Rules, modification of the transitional provision of article 78.2
The Central Bank of Uruguay modifies the transitional provision of Article 78.2 of the Compilation of Payment System Rules. For electronic transfers, the provisions enter into force on December 11, 2023. For deposits, the Payment System Department will establish and communicate the effective date.
Compilation of Payment System Rules, modification of the transitional provision of article 78.2 Montevideo, July 7, 2023 CIRCULAR NO. 2434 Ref: It is brought to your knowledge that this Central Bank adopted, on July 5, 2023, Resolution No. D/191/2023, which is transcribed below: • Modify the transitional provision of Article 78.2 of Part Eight of Book VI of the Compilation of Payment System Rules, which shall be drafted as follows: TRANSITIONAL PROVISION: In the case of electronic transfers, the provisions of this article shall enter into force on December 11, 2023.
