Compilation of Payment System Rules, Transitional Provision
Effective March 15, 2023, all references in the Compilation of Payment System Rules to the Economic Policy and Markets Management are deemed to refer to the Payment System Management. This change is implemented via Resolution No. D/85/2023 adopted by the Central Bank of Uruguay.

It is brought to knowledge that this Central Bank adopted, on March 15, 2023, Resolution No. D/85/2023, which is transcribed below:
- Incorporate at the beginning of the Compilation of Payment System Rules a transitional provision with the following content:
Transitional Provision: From March 15, 2023, all references made in the Compilation of Payment System Rules to the Economic Policy and Markets Management are understood to be made with respect to the Payment System Management.
