Compilation of Regulations and Control Norms of the Financial System - Regulation of Credit Granting Entities - Circular No. 2411 Validity
The Superintendent of Financial Services updates the effective date for the regulation of credit granting entities, replacing the previous validity period established by the Board resolution of November 23, 2022. The new provision mandates that the regulations take effect on January 1, 2024.

The market is informed that the Central Bank of Uruguay adopted the following resolution on March 15, 2023:
- Replace the validity established by the Board resolution dated November 23, 2022, communicated via Circular No. 2,411 of December 2, 2022, with the following:
Validity: The provisions stated above shall apply starting from January 1, 2024.
