CONASEV Resolution No. 044-2011-EF/94.01.1

CONSIDERING:

That, through Directorial Resolution No. 002-2011-EF/76.01, the "Guidelines for the Programming and Formulation of the Public Sector Budget 2012" and its Annexes were approved, which aim to establish provisions for the identification, design, and registration of Budget Programs with a Results-Based Approach;

That, through CONASEV Resolution No. 026-2011-EF/94.01.1, the Commission responsible for identifying the Results-Based Budget Programs of CONASEV was constituted, and the Technical Teams responsible for their design were defined, within the framework of what is established in paragraph 16 of the "Guidelines for the Programming and Formulation of the Public Sector Budget 2012".

That, paragraph 19 of the aforementioned guidelines establishes that the Head of the entity shall formally designate the Responsible Person for the Results-Based Budget Program, who will coordinate with the technical units of the same entity, as well as those of other entities involved in achieving the Result, as appropriate, regarding the programming and execution of the respective Products and Activities; and

In accordance with the provisions of the "Guidelines for the Programming and Formulation of the Public Sector Budget 2012", approved by Directorial Resolution No. 002-2011-EF/76.01;

IT IS RESOLVED:

Article 1.- Designate Mr. Rodny Rivera Via, Director of Autonomous Assets, as the responsible person for the Results-Based Budget Program of this National Commission.

Article 2.- Order the publication of this Resolution on the CONASEV Portal (www.conasev.gob.pe).
