CSSF Decision on the Appointment of Jury Members for the Examination of Professional Competence of Audit Candidates.

The management of the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier,

Having regard to the Law of 23 July 2016 on the audit profession, and in particular Article 9(2);

Having regard to the Grand Ducal Regulation of 14 December 2018 taken in application of the Law of 23 July 2016 on the audit profession and determining the professional qualification conditions for audit candidates, and in particular Article 6(2).

has decided:

Article 1

The following persons are appointed as full members of the examination jury provided for in Article 6(2) of the Grand Ducal Regulation of 14 December 2018 determining the professional qualification conditions for audit candidates, for a term of three years:

• Mr Ludovic Bardon, approved audit candidate;
• Mr Yves Baustert, member of the Management of the Insurance Commission;
• Ms Bettina Blinn, approved audit candidate;
• Mr Emmanuel Chataignier, independent director;
• Ms Magalie Cormier, approved audit candidate;
• Mr Olivier Delbrouck, approved audit candidate;
• Mr Thierry Flamand, President of the Insurance Commission;
• Ms Aine Hearty, approved audit candidate;
• Mr Engin Ircag, approved audit candidate;
• Mr Thomas Kaspereit, university lecturer;
• Mr Benjamin Lam, independent director;
• Ms Véronique Lefebvre, former audit partner;
• Mr Olivier Lemaire, audit candidate;
• Ms Emmanuelle Miette, approved audit candidate;
• Mr Bob Muller, attached to the CSSF;
• Mr Daniel Ruppert, first-class advisor at the Ministry of Justice;
• Ms Pia Schanz, approved audit candidate;
• Mr Jérôme Tourscher, audit candidate;
• Ms Priscilia Valtaer, approved audit candidate;
• Mr Marc Voncken, approved audit candidate.

Article 2

Mr Daniel Ruppert, pre-qualified, is appointed president of the jury.
