Regulation to amend Regulation 81-106 respecting Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure
The Minister of Finance approved the Autorité des marchés financiers' regulation amending Regulation 81-106 respecting Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure. The amendments modify disclosure requirements in sections 3.2, 3.3, 3.6, 3.11, and 9.4, including updates to Form 81-106F1 to exempt funds complying with Regulation 81-107. The regulation comes into force on 22 April 2026, with a transition period allowing compliance with prior provisions until 1 January 2027.
