Regulation to amend Regulation 81-106 respecting Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure
The regulator amends Regulation 81-106 to formally introduce and regulate the notice-and-access delivery method for investment fund proxy-related materials. The amendment establishes detailed requirements for the content of notices, timing of distributions, website posting obligations, and procedures for requesting paper copies.
