The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) issued Instruction No. 2018-I-10 to amend the procedural requirements for filing documents related to substitution agreements. The amendment updates Article 2 of Instruction No. 2016-I-06 to specify the electronic submission address for the required dossier and replaces Annexes 1 and 2 with new versions provided in the current instruction. These changes entered into force immediately upon the publication of the instruction on July 11, 2018.
Instruction No. 2018-I-10 amending Instruction No. 2016-I-06 dated March 11, 2016 regarding the composition of the file for the conclusion or amendment of a substitution agreement
The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority, Having regard to Instruction No. 2016-I-06 regarding the composition of the file for the conclusion or amendment of a substitution agreement; Having regard to the Mutual Insurance Code, particularly Articles L. 211-5 and R. 211-21 to R. 211-27; Having regard to the opinion of the Prudential Affairs Advisory Commission of June 20, 2018. DECIDES
Article 1 Article 2 of Instruction No. 2016-I-06 is replaced as follows: "The file composed of these elements is sent electronically to the following address: 2789-soa-ut@acpr.banque-france.fr."
Article 2 Annex 1 and Annex 2 of Instruction No. 2016-I-06 are replaced by the annexes of this instruction.
Article 3 This instruction enters into application on the date of its publication.
