The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority, Having regard to Instruction No. 2016-I-06 regarding the composition of the file for the conclusion or amendment of a substitution agreement; Having regard to the Mutual Insurance Code, particularly Articles L. 211-5 and R. 211-21 to R. 211-27; Having regard to the opinion of the Prudential Affairs Advisory Commission of June 20, 2018. DECIDES

Article 1
Article 2 of Instruction No. 2016-I-06 is replaced as follows: "The file composed of these elements is sent electronically to the following address: 2789-soa-ut@acpr.banque-france.fr."

Article 2
Annex 1 and Annex 2 of Instruction No. 2016-I-06 are replaced by the annexes of this instruction.

Article 3
This instruction enters into application on the date of its publication.
