Financial institutions under its supervision must ensure that such donations and foreign remittances are routed through this Center, review external platform transactions utilizing debit and credit cards, and sustain ongoing awareness monitoring alongside necessary supervisory actions. This directive reinforces compliance with Royal Order Number 55871 and Circular Number 13048/67 by standardizing donation channels and enhancing oversight of cross-border charitable flows.
