Confirmation that the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center is the Sole Entity Authorized to Receive and Distribute Relief, Humanitarian, and Charitable Donations Abroad
The Saudi Central Bank confirms that the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center is the sole authorized entity for receiving, processing, and distributing all governmental and private relief, humanitarian, and charitable donations abroad. Financial institutions under its supervision must ensure that such donations and foreign remittances are routed through this Center, review external platform transactions utilizing debit and credit cards, and sustain ongoing awareness monitoring alongside necessary supervisory actions. This directive reinforces compliance with Royal Order Number 55871 and Circular Number 13048/67 by standardizing donation channels and enhancing oversight of cross-border charitable flows.

Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you,
Subject: Confirmation that the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center is the Only Entity Authorized to Receive Relief, Humanitarian and Charitable Donations and Deliver them to those in Need Abroad.
Reference is made to the Noble Royal Order No. (55871) dated 9/11/1436 AH, which stipulates that the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center shall be the sole entity responsible for receiving any relief, charitable, or humanitarian donations, whether from governmental or private sources, to deliver them to those in need abroad; and following the Central Bank Circular No. (13048/67) dated 29/02/1440 AH and the related instructions.
We hereby confirm that the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center is the sole entity authorized to receive relief, humanitarian, and charitable donations and deliver them to those in need abroad; accordingly, it is required to ensure that such types of donations and foreign remittances are processed through the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, to review donation transactions via external platforms using debit and credit cards, and to emphasize the continued efforts in monitoring awareness and taking necessary measures when providing and supervising these services.
