Oregon Insurance Division Bulletin 2001-9: Withdrawal of Bulletins INS 95-5 and INS 96-1

The Oregon Insurance Division issued Bulletin 2001-9 to formally withdraw Insurance Bulletins INS 95-5 and INS 96-1 effective November 1, 2001. These prior bulletins clarified coverage requirements for women's preventive health services under statutes ORS 743.727 and ORS 743.728, which have since been repealed under the sunset law ORS 743.700. Consequently, the withdrawn bulletins are no longer relevant to health insurers operating in Oregon.
