Compliance with EBA Guidelines on measures for payment service providers to detect missing or incomplete payer or payee information (JC/GL/2017/16)
The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) declares compliance with the European Supervisory Authorities' guidelines regarding the detection of missing or incomplete payer or payee information and procedures for handling transfers lacking required data. These guidelines become applicable to ACPR-supervised payment service providers on July 16, 2018, requiring them to take all necessary measures to adhere to the standards. This declaration supersedes the ACPR's previous sectoral application principles for fund transfers that were published in the official register on October 18, 2010.
