The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) declares compliance with the European Supervisory Authorities' guidelines regarding the detection of missing or incomplete payer or payee information and procedures for handling transfers lacking required data. These guidelines become applicable to ACPR-supervised payment service providers on July 16, 2018, requiring them to take all necessary measures to adhere to the standards. This declaration supersedes the ACPR's previous sectoral application principles for fund transfers that were published in the official register on October 18, 2010.

The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared compliance with the guidelines of the European Supervisory Authorities regarding the measures that payment service providers must take to detect missing or incomplete information on the payer or payee, as well as the procedures to be put in place to manage a funds transfer that is not accompanied by the required information, dated January 16, 2018, attached to this advice.
These Guidelines are applicable, as of July 16, 2018, to payment service providers subject to the supervision of the ACPR, who must take all measures to comply with them, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of November 24, 2010 establishing a European Supervisory Authority (European Banking Authority).
These Guidelines replace the ACPR's sectoral application principles relating to fund transfers, which were published in the ACPR's official register on October 18, 2010.
