Banks are instructed to ensure the availability of sanitizers and masks at branches and to encourage customers to use checks, money transfers, or online banking instead of cash withdrawals. Additionally, banks must continue accepting all types of currency notes, including damaged or torn ones, for exchange in accordance with existing directives.
