Decree No. 2014-1684 of October 29, 2014 Appointing the Governor of the Central Bank of Madagascar
The President of the Republic, acting in Council of Ministers, issued Decree No. 2014-1684 to formally appoint Mr. Alain Hervé Rasolofondraibe as Governor of the Central Bank of Madagascar. The decree simultaneously repeals the prior interim appointment established by Decree No. 2013-777 and mandates immediate legal effect upon radio, television, or posted publication rather than awaiting Official Journal insertion. The Minister of Finance and Budget is charged with executing, registering, and publishing the decree in accordance with applicable constitutional and statutory frameworks.
