The Commodity Futures Trading Commission adopted final rules to reassign delegated authorities from the Division of Market Oversight Director to the Directors of the Division of Enforcement and the Office of Data and Technology following an organizational restructuring. The Commission also updated statutory authority citations to reflect current United States Code references and corrected typographical and formatting errors across multiple regulation parts. These administrative and technical amendments are effective immediately upon publication and are exempt from standard notice-and-comment rulemaking procedures.
