Federal Reserve Board Issues Enforcement Actions Against Former Employees of Atlantic Union Bank and Frost Bank

The Federal Reserve Board issued consent prohibition orders against Crystal Moore, a former Atlantic Union Bank employee, and Jesse Romo, a former Frost Bank employee. The actions address Moore’s alleged fraud involving CARES Act loans and Romo’s embezzlement of bank funds. Both individuals are permanently barred from future participation in the affairs of any insured depository institution under the terms of their respective agreements.

Federal Reserve Board issues enforcement actions with former employee of Atlantic Union Bank and former employee of Frost Bank

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of the enforcement actions listed below:

Consent prohibition against Crystal Moore Former employee of Atlantic Union Bank, Richmond, Virginia Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security, or CARES Act loan fraud

Consent prohibition order against Jesse Romo Former employee of Frost Bank, San Antonio, Texas Embezzlement of bank funds
