Decision 450/QĐ-UBCK on Issuing the Regulation on Using the State Securities Commission's Information Disclosure System
The State Securities Commission (SSC) issued Decision 450/QĐ-UBCK on July 14, 2021, to establish the regulation governing the use of its information disclosure system. This decision immediately supersedes the previous Decision 296/QĐ-UBCK dated March 31, 2017, which previously guided public companies on using the same system. The new regulation is effective from the date of signing and standardizes the operational framework for information disclosure under the SSC's authority.
On July 14, 2021, the State Securities Commission (SSC) issued Decision No. 450/QĐ-UBCK by the Chairman of the State Securities Commission on issuing the Regulation on the use of the State Securities Commission's information disclosure system.
This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and replaces Decision No. 296/QĐ-UBCK dated March 31, 2017, by the Chairman of the State Securities Commission on issuing the Regulation guiding public companies on the use of the State Securities Commission's information disclosure system.
