The State Securities Commission issued Decision 578/QĐ-UBCK to regulate public companies in using its electronic Information Disclosure System (IDS) for reporting and disclosure. This regulation applies to registered public companies, excluding securities firms and investment fund management companies, and replaces the previous Decision 563/QĐ-UBCK. The regulation entered into force on September 4, 2014, establishing the legal framework for electronic data submission to the Commission's system.
On August 4, 2014, the Chairman of the State Securities Commission (SSC) issued Decision No. 578/QĐ-UBCK on regulations guiding public companies to use the SSC's Information Disclosure System (IDS).
The guiding regulations consist of 4 Chapters and 16 Articles, guiding public companies to use the SSC's Information Disclosure System to perform reporting and information disclosure in electronic form. This regulation applies to the subject of public companies that have registered as public companies with the SSC (excluding securities companies and securities investment fund management companies) participating in using and providing data to the SSC's Information Disclosure System.
This regulation takes effect from September 4, 2014, and replaces Decision No. 563/QĐ-UBCK dated September 11, 2013, of the SSC Chairman on issuing regulations guiding public companies to use the SSC's Information Disclosure System.
