Following the examination of the application submitted by the Joint-Stock Company "C.I. BEEYOND INVESTMENTS" (IDNO 1024600004139), registered with the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF) under No. 4075 on May 25, 2026, regarding the amendment of the legal address,

pursuant to Article 8 letter m), Article 18 paragraph (3), Article 20 paragraphs (1) and (6), and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission of the Financial Market, Article 371 paragraph (1) of Law No. 171/2012 on the capital market, point 7110 of the Regulation on licensing and authorization in the capital market (CNPF Decision No. 56/11/2014), points 16, 19, and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),

the National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:

  1. The data entered in the Register of Investment Consultants, pertaining to the Joint-Stock Company "C.I. BEEYOND INVESTMENTS", are amended by changing the legal address from MD-2012, Chișinău, Mihai Eminescu Street, No. 15, Apt. 1, to MD-2005, Chișinău, Alexandru Hîjdeu Street, No. 91, Apt. 1.

  2. Control over the execution of this Decision is assigned to the Capital Market Department.

  3. This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău, 77 Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd.) within 30 days from the date of notification.

  4. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the designated recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova, and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
