Decision on Amendments to the Regulation on Open Selection for Authorized Persons of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission

NATIONAL SECURITIES AND STOCK MARKET COMMISSION DECISION Kyiv On Amendments to the Regulation on Conducting an Open Selection (Competition) for the Positions of Authorized Persons of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part one of Article 7, part three of Article 11, Articles 18 and 19 of the Law of Ukraine "On State Regulation of Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets"

The National Securities and Stock Market Commission HAS DECIDED:

1. Make the following amendments to the Regulation on Conducting an Open Selection (Competition) for the Positions of Authorized Persons of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, approved by the Decision of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission dated February 18, 2026 No. 15/21/3745/K03:

1. Delete paragraph 6. In this regard, consider paragraphs 7–99 as paragraphs 6–98, respectively;

2. In sub-paragraph 15 of paragraph 7, replace the word and number "paragraph 7" with the word and number "paragraph 6";

3. In the first paragraph of paragraph 17, replace the word and numbers "paragraph 13" with the word and numbers "paragraph 12";

4. Delete paragraphs 27–29. In this regard, consider paragraphs 30–98 as paragraphs 27–95, respectively;

5. Delete paragraph 28. In this regard, consider paragraphs 29–95 as paragraphs 28–94, respectively;

6. In the second paragraph of paragraph 40, replace the words "within ten working days" with the words "within ten calendar days";

7. In the first paragraph of paragraph 42, replace the words "after ten calendar days" with the words "after twenty calendar days";

8. In paragraph 43: complete the second paragraph after the word "is conducted" with the words "during the meeting of the selection commission"; delete the fourth paragraph;

9. In the second paragraph of paragraph 81, replace the word and numbers "paragraph 84" with the word and numbers "paragraph 79";

10. In the appendices to this Regulation: in the notes to appendices 1 and 2, replace the words and numbers "(paragraph 37 of Chapter 3 of Section III)" with the words and numbers "(paragraph 32 of Chapter 3 of Section III)"; in the note to appendix 3, replace the words and numbers "(paragraph 40 of Chapter 3 of Section III)" with the words and numbers "(paragraph 35 of Chapter 3 of Section III)"; in the note to appendix 4, replace the words and numbers "(paragraph 61 of Chapter 5 of Section III)" with the words and numbers "(paragraph 56 of Chapter 5 of Section III)"; in the note to appendix 5, replace the words and numbers "(paragraph 67 of Chapter 5 of Section III)" with the words and numbers "(paragraph 62 of Chapter 5 of Section III)"; in the note to appendix 6, replace the words and numbers "(paragraph 77 of Chapter 5 of Section III)" with the words and numbers "(paragraph 72 of Chapter 5 of Section III)"; in the note to appendix 7, replace the words and numbers "(paragraph 79 of Chapter 5 of Section III)" with the words and numbers "(paragraph 74 of Chapter 5 of Section III)"; in the note to appendix 8, replace the words and numbers "(paragraph 83 of Chapter 5 of Section III)" with the words and numbers "(paragraph 78 of Chapter 5 of Section III)"; in the note to appendix 9, replace the words and numbers "(paragraph 86 of Chapter 6 of Section III)" with the words and numbers "(paragraph 81 of Chapter 6 of Section III)".

2. The Administration of Administrative Activity shall ensure the publication of this decision on the website of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission.

3. The Department of Legal Development shall ensure the submission of this decision for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the manner established by legislation, and after receiving a notification regarding state registration from the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, ensure the publication of this decision on the official website of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission.

4. This decision enters into force simultaneously with the Decision of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission dated February 18, 2026 No. 15/21/3745/K03 "On Approval of the Regulation on Conducting an Open Selection (Competition) for the Positions of Authorized Persons of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission", but no earlier than the day following the day of its official publication.

5. Control over the execution of this decision shall be entrusted to a member of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, Yu. Shapoval.
