The Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina is authorized to acquire and convert 42,352.167 ounces of monetary gold held at Credit Suisse in Zurich and the Bank for International Settlements in Basel into a monetary form. The conversion will be calculated using the last gold price from Reuters and the Central Bank's average USD exchange rate as of March 31, 2009. A specific contract must be concluded between the Central Bank and the Ministry of Finance and Treasury to finalize these terms, with the Governor empowered to issue necessary implementation acts.
Based on Article 7, point n. of the Law on the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of BiH", 1/97, 29/02, 13/03, 14/03, 9/05, 76/06 and 32/07), Article 52 of the Rules of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Decision No. UV 120/05 dated June 29, 2005, and point 9.3.2, paragraph 1, item 2. of the Consolidated Text of Accounting Policies of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, No. 01-1182/07 dated November 5, 2007, and Amendments and Additions to the Consolidated Text of Accounting Policies of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, No. 100-UV: 360/09 dated February 26, 2009, the Governing Board of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at its 3rd session on March 26, 2009, adopts

on the acquisition and conversion of monetary gold
42,352.167 Oz (ounces),
which are stored in bank accounts, as follows:

The Central Bank will carry out the acquisition and conversion of monetary gold from point 1 of this Decision at the last gold price according to the Reuters agency report, applying the average exchange rate for 1 USD (US dollar) according to the exchange rate list of the Central Bank, on March 31, 2009.
The acquisition and conversion of monetary gold from this Decision will be specified by a separate contract to be concluded between the Central Bank and Bosnia and Herzegovina represented by the Minister of the Ministry of Finance and Treasury of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Governor of the Central Bank is authorized to adopt necessary acts related to the implementation of this Decision.
The Banking Department, the Accounting and Finance Department, and the Legal Affairs Department of the Central Office of the Central Bank are tasked with the realization of this Decision.
This Decision enters into force on the day of adoption, and will be published in the "Official Gazette of BiH".
