Decision on the Use, Composition and Distribution of Gold and Silver Jubilee Coins Sets Issued on the Occasion of Celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the Restoration of Montenegro's Independence

Pursuant to Article 44 paragraph 2 item 3) and in conjunction with Article 5 paragraph 2 of the Central Bank of Montenegro Law (OGM 40/10, 6/13, 70/17, 125/23) and Article 6 of the Decision on Issuing Gold and Silver Jubilee Coins on the Occasion of Celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the Restoration of Montenegro's Independence (OGM 94/25, 135/25), the Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro, at its meeting held on 11 May 2026, passed the following DECISION ON THE USE, COMPOSITION AND DISTRIBUTION OF GOLD AND SILVER JUBILEE COIN SETS ISSUED ON THE OCCASION OF CELEBRATING THE 20TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE RESTORATION OF MONTENEGRO'S INDEPENDENCE Article 1 Gold and silver jubilee coin sets issued on the occasion of celebrating the jubilee of the twentieth anniversary of Montenegro’s renewed independence shall be composed and distributed in the following collections:

1. One gold coin in denomination of 10 perpers …………170 pieces
2. One silver coin in denomination of 1 perper …………. 250 pieces Article 2 The collections referred to in Article 1 of this Decision shall be packaged in red leather packaging. Article 3 Each collection shall have a corresponding certificate which makes an integral part of the collection, and which is separately printed on high-quality paper and packed in the designated section of the packaging. Article 4 The collections may be purchased directly from the Central Bank of Montenegro, at the prices determined in the Price List which is provided in the Annex to this Decision and which forms an integral part thereof. Article 5 Separate records shall be kept on the sale and other forms of the collections handling. Article 6 This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Gazette of Montenegro.
