Declaration Determining That Real Estate Transferred to the Government of Baja California Sur Reverts to the Federal Heritage

The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets declares that 37 real estate properties previously transferred to the Government of the State of Baja California Sur revert to the federal heritage due to their non-use for public health services. This reversal is triggered by a 2006 donation contract clause requiring reversion if properties are unused for twelve months, a condition met following reforms to the General Health Law that shifted service provision responsibilities to IMSS-BIENESTAR. The state government is obligated to settle any outstanding taxes or contributions related to these properties and integrate the necessary files, while IMSS-BIENESTAR commits to utilizing them for free healthcare services.
