The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets declares that 397 real estate properties previously transferred to the Government of the State of Michoacán de Ocampo revert to the Federal Estate. This reversion is triggered because the State government determined the properties are no longer necessary for public health services following reforms to the General Health Law that assigned service provision to IMSS-BIENESTAR. The State government is obligated to cover any outstanding taxes or contributions related to these properties and integrate the corresponding files, while IMSS-BIENESTAR assumes responsibility for their future use.
