Decree No. 73-167 of June 19, 1973 Fixing the Capital Amount of the Central Bank of the Malagasy Republic
Decree No. 73-167 sets the initial capital of the Central Bank of the Malagasy Republic at one billion Malagasy francs (FMG). This capital amount is fully subscribed by the State.
DECREE NO. 73-167 OF JUNE 19, 1973 FIXING THE AMOUNT OF CAPITAL OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE MALAGASY REPUBLIC (OFFICIAL GAZETTE NO. 918 OF JUNE 23, 1973, P. 1678) Article 1 - The initial capital of the Central Bank of the Malagasy Republic is set at one billion Malagasy francs (FMG). Article 2 - It is fully subscribed by the State.
