The decree reorganizes the National Agency for Strategic Projects into the National Agency for Project Management under the President of Uzbekistan, assigning it new priorities including the regulation of crypto-assets, capital markets, insurance, e-commerce, and anti-money laundering efforts. It establishes that the Agency is led by a Director appointed by the President, supported by three deputies, with staff remuneration and status determined by the Director. The Ministry of Justice is mandated to submit a draft decree and legislative amendments within one month, while the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Internal Affairs, and Labor are required to facilitate visa issuance and work permits for foreign specialists engaged by the Agency.
