DECREE reforming the second paragraph of Article 232-A of the Federal Rights Law

ANDRÉS MANUEL LÓPEZ OBRADOR, President of the United Mexican States, to all who read this notice:

Know that the Honorable Congress of the Union has seen fit to address to me the following

DECREE

" THE GENERAL CONGRESS OF THE UNITED MEXICAN STATES, DECREES:

THE SECOND PARAGRAPH OF ARTICLE 232-A OF THE FEDERAL RIGHTS LAW IS REFORMED

Sole Article.

Article 232-A, second paragraph, of the Federal Rights Law is reformed to read as follows:

Article 232-A.- ...

The following shall not pay the fees referred to in this article: concessionaires of port pilotage services in ports, nor the holders of concessions referred to in Article 220-A of this Law.

Transitory

Sole.

This Decree shall enter into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
