TTSEC Circular Letter on Fee Revision
The Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission proposes amendments to the fee schedules within the Securities (General) Bye-Laws 2015 and Securities (Collective Investment Schemes) Bye-Laws 2023. These adjustments are designed to provide the regulatory body with the necessary financial capabilities to effectively discharge its statutory functions under Section 6 of the Securities Act 2012. Stakeholders are invited to review the draft amendments and accompanying discussion paper, which are now open for public comment under Section 148 of the Act.
