Regarding the change of name of the Finance Company.

This is to inform you that the name of the Finance Company operating in Bangladesh, 'Bangladesh Finance Limited', has been changed to 'Bangladesh Finance PLC.' (Bangladesh Finance PLC).

In this regard, a copy of Notification No. DFIM(L)/1053/56/2025-840 issued by the Bangladesh Bank on 03 Chaitra 1431/ 17 March 2025 is enclosed herewith for your information and necessary action.
