Dear Sir,

Regarding the change of name of the Finance Company.

You are hereby informed that the name of the Finance Company operating in Bangladesh, 'Agrani SME Financing Company Limited', has been changed to 'Agrani SME Finance PLC'.

In this regard, a copy of the Notification No. DFIM(L)/1053/98/2026-403 issued by Bangladesh Bank on 10 Falgun 1432/23 February 2026 is attached herewith for your information and necessary action.
