DFIM Circular Letter No. 06: Cancellation of FID Circular Letter No:06, Dated 07 July, 2002
The Department of Financial Institutions and Markets cancels FID Circular Letter No. 06 dated July 7, 2002, regarding the submission of capital and liability statements under Regulation 4(g) of the Financial Institutions Regulations, 1994, due to its current lack of utility. This cancellation applies to all financial institutions operating in Bangladesh.

Regarding the submission of Capital and Liability Statements for compliance with Regulation 4(g) of the Financial Institutions Regulations, 1994.
With reference to this department's FID Circular Letter No. 06 dated July 7, 2002, on the above subject, it is hereby informed that the said Circular Letter is hereby cancelled as it has no utility in the current context.
