Regarding the celebration of International Women's Day, 8th March 2024.

Reference is drawn to your attention regarding the subject matter mentioned above, that the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh has designated the following theme for the nationwide celebration of International Women's Day, 2024 with due solemnity:

Theme: Women's Equal Rights, Equal Opportunities

Let us move forward with investment.

2. In this regard, you are hereby directed to use the aforementioned theme in all programs organized to celebrate the said day.

3. This directive is issued under the powers conferred by Section 41(2)(d) of the Finance Companies Act, 2023.
