DFIM Circular Letter No. 07: Changes in the Office Hours of Finance Companies
Finance companies operating in Bangladesh must adhere to revised office hours from April 5, 2026, until further notice. Operations are restricted to Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Friday and Saturday designated as weekly holidays. This directive is issued under Section 41(2)(g) of the Finance Companies Act, 2023.

Regarding the determination of office hours for finance companies for fuel and electricity conservation nationwide.
In continuation of the government's announced changed office schedule, finance companies shall operate according to the following schedule from April 5, 2026, until further orders are issued:
The office hours for all finance companies operating in Bangladesh are determined as follows:
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Friday and Saturday: Weekly Holiday
