Financial institutions must submit their maximum borrowing limits from the call money market online to the Department of Financial Institutions and Markets between July 25 and January 25, replacing the previous submission window of July 31 and January 31. This change applies to the calculation of borrowing limits based on statements as of June 30 and December 31, as referenced in FID Circular No. 05 dated June 8, 2005.

Dear Sir,
Regarding participation in the Interbank Call Money Market by Financial Institutions.
Reference is invited to FID Circular No. 05 dated 08/06/2005 on the above subject.
In order to calculate the borrowing limit from the Call Money Market (which is 15% of the maximum limit of the respective institution), financial institutions are required to submit the respective maximum limit details between July 31 and January 31, based on the balance sheet/account statement as of June 30 and December 31, respectively, in accordance with the instructions in serial number (2) of the aforementioned circular. From now on, the aforementioned maximum limit details must be submitted online to this department only between July 25 and January 25, respectively, instead of July 31 and January 31.
