DFIM Circular Letter No. 09: Implementation of decision of National Committee on Prevention of Dengue and other mosquito-borne diseases
The Department of Financial Institutions and Markets directs all finance companies operating in Bangladesh to implement the decisions of the National Committee on Prevention of Dengue and other mosquito-borne diseases. Specifically, companies are instructed to take necessary measures to maintain the regular cleanliness of their premises and surrounding environment throughout the year to prevent dengue and other mosquito-borne diseases. This directive is issued under the authority granted by Section 41(2)(d) of the Finance Companies Act, 2023.

Dear Sir,
Regarding the implementation of the decision of the "National Committee on Prevention of Dengue and other mosquito-borne diseases".
With reference to the subject above, you are hereby instructed to take necessary measures to maintain the regular cleanliness of your premises and surrounding environment throughout the year to prevent dengue and other mosquito-borne diseases, in accordance with the decision taken in the first meeting of the "National Committee on Prevention of Dengue and other mosquito-borne diseases" in 2024.
- This directive is issued under the powers conferred by Section 41(2)(d) of the Finance Companies Act, 2023.
